Jaipur Hair takes pride in on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. We thoroughly inspect all hair orders double checked in house before leaving our factory in India in order to ensure consistency and quality. We are only company that produces hair extensions at the source. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we do offer the flexibility of an exchange only, not including applicable shipping costs, custom duties and taxes.

Very, Very Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, Color(which is Naturally Virgin Tone), Texture, and quality are as desired. We encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair, without cutting the zip ties & security seal or opening the bundles to ensure satisfaction with the product. We also recommend combing through the hair with a loop brush to inspect for shedding or tangling for your own piece of mind, while the hair secured in the zip ties. After quality satisfaction, treating the hair with quality products is essential prior to and after installation. Get a second opinion from your hair stylist if you are unsure or have doubts. Once the hair is tempered, used we are limited on what we can do to help you if a problem arises.
If you would like to exchange* your product, you must submit a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by emailing info@jaipurhair.com or calling customer service at +91.773.388.9977 M-F 10am-4pm or Facetime : info@jaipurhair.com

We are pleased to accommodate replacement and exchanges within 7 days on all extensions that have not been opened, worn, washed or tampered with. If it isn't, please e-mail us at info@jaipurhair.com to initiate your exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

* PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING SALE, CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS AND CLOSURES AND FRONTALS, 360 FRONTALS, LACE WIGS, CLIP-INS, LACE WIGS, BULK HAIR, WEAVES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR NON EXCHANGEABLE. SUCH REQUEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED INCLUDING THE PAYPAL DISPUTES FOR SUCH ITEMS.

Please note: Federal law & The Government of India states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. If the item is removed from the bundle, zip ties and opened, worn, washed or tampered in any visible manner, or manipulated with heat or chemicals of any sort all exchange policies are voided.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE PLEASE SEE THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

  1. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top
  2. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.
  3. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice. To include any gifts or original packaging.
  4. Merchandise must be physically received before exchange can be granted. Please allow 3-4 business days upon receipt to inspect.
  5. The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

EXCHANGES:

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our hair products. We accept exchanges only for products with the same or higher value. 

We do offer only exchanges if the returned product meets our requirements:

    • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
    • We will not accept exchanges of products that have been removed from the bundle, zip ties and opened, worn, washed or tampered in any visible manner, or manipulated with heat, colors or chemicals of any sort. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a exchange, as opened merchandise will not be exchanged.
    • Shipping, Handling costs, Taxes and Custom Duties will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.
    • We offer one exchange per original order.
    • Exchanges must have an RMA created within 7 days of the original order. Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days nor the disputes on Paypal saying the product is not described.
    • A 5% restocking fee is applied on all exchanges due to the custom sorting & matching of your bundles. The exchanged bundles have to be inspected, re-washed, conditioned, and re-packaged and matched with new pieces. These are actual man-hours being spent to insure overall quality of our products. Quality issues will not be charged the restocking fee. Color variations are not eligible for exchanges. No one persons hair is identical when it comes to raw hair in term of Hair Color, Hair Texture, Hair Textue Patterns. We will try our best to match all bundles as close as possible at the time of original purchase.

I'M CONFUSED, HAVE MORE QUESTIONS:

1. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide a exchange on unopened/unused hair extensions within seven (7) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

2. HOW DO I MAKE A EXCHANGE?

Easy: e-mail us at info@jaipurhair.com and let us know your order details. We will then provide you with instructions and an address to ship your set back for exchange. All received items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a exchange, as opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

Yes, you are responsible for All Exchange/Return Shipping Costs/Custom duties if charged the time of receiving the return hair for exchange. We recommend that you send your hair back with a tracking option, because Jaipur Hair will not be responsible for Lost packages/Custom duties/Shipping costs. Note: please indicate "RETURN/EXCHANGE, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

4. MAY I SEND MY HAIR FOR EXCHANGE WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, as the exchange address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed. 

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

6. WHY ARE JAIPUR HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other Industry leading hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.

**Any Chargebacks or PayPal disputes without initially contacting Jaipur Hair for resolve, will automatically result in a forfeiture of any exchanges or refunds.
