If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges only (not refunds), excluding applicable shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

BEFORE USING YOUR RAW INDIAN HAIR EXTENSIONS

Please inspect your Raw Indian Hair extensions thoroughly before cutting the zip ties, opening bundles, or installing the hair.

  • Confirm the correct length, natural virgin color tone, texture, and quality.
  • Comb through with a loop brush while the zip ties are still intact to check for tangling or shedding.
  • Consult your stylist for a second opinion, if needed.

Once the hair has been opened, used, washed, worn, cut, dyed, chemically treated, or manipulated in any way, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Very, Very Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color (which is naturally virgin tone), texture, and quality are as desired. We encourage you to examine the hair without cutting the zip ties or opening the bundles. We also recommend combing through the hair with a loop brush to inspect for shedding or tangling while the hair is secured. After quality satisfaction, treat the hair with premium products before and after installation. If unsure, get a second opinion from your stylist. Once the hair is tempered or used, we are limited on what we can do to assist you if a problem arises.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following are final sale and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and customization:

  • Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or with discount codes
  • Custom orders
  • Lace closures, lace frontals, 360 frontals, lace wigs
  • Clip-ins, bulk temple hair, hand-tied wefts, or colored hair extensions

PayPal disputes for these non-exchangeable items will not be entertained.

HEALTH & HYGIENE POLICY

As per Federal Law and Indian health regulations, used or tampered human hair products are not returnable or exchangeable. This includes hair that has been:

  • Removed from the original bundle or packaging
  • Combed, washed, installed, dyed, or chemically altered
  • Manipulated in any visible way

We enforce this strictly to protect our customers and maintain high-quality standards — in line with global hair extension industry practices.

Again, Federal Law and the Government of India state you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We strictly adhere to these regulations for public hygiene and safety. If the item is removed from the bundle, zip ties, or packaging, or if it’s been worn, washed, chemically treated, or visibly manipulated in any way, all exchange policies are voided.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges only for qualifying Virgin Indian Hair extensions that meet the following criteria:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Hair must be unopened, unworn, uncut, and untampered.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and gifts.
  • Shipping, handling charges, and all applicable custom duties or taxes are at the customer’s expense.
  • Use a trackable, insured shipping method with signature confirmation — Jaipur Hair is not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Only one exchange per original order is permitted.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
  • A 30% import duty applies to any returned shipment landing in India.
  • Color variations or texture mismatch are not eligible for exchange — our Raw Indian Hair is sourced from real donors and naturally varies. However, we match bundles as closely as possible at the time of purchase.
  • Exchange policy will only be honored after internal shipping verification. If our team and footage confirms correct items were shipped and a customer manipulates the claim, no exchange will be granted.

3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
Yes. All return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please clearly mark the package as “RETURN/EXCHANGE — NO DUTIES.”

4. Can I return hair without notifying you?
No. You must contact us first before sending back any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. When will I receive a refund?
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges on approved items as per our policy.

6. Why are Jaipur Hair extensions non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are hygienic products. Opened or used items are not accepted for return or exchange.
